Мы опечалены развитием ситуации в Украине. We stand with the people of Ukraine, and our hearts go out to those who are suffering.  
 
With the ongoing conflict, we have suspended new business activities in Russia. We will fulfill existing obligations and business to the extent possible and support our existing customers and channel partners in compliance with sanctions.  
 
While nVent does not have offices in Ukraine, we have employees who are from Ukraine, have families there or have other ties to the country. We are providing support to our employees, and the nVent Foundation is matching employee donations for Ukrainian relief efforts through our nVent in Action program.  
 
We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and are hopeful for a peaceful resolution to this conflict.
