nVent Earns 2023-24 Great Place to Work Certification

For the second consecutive year, nVent has earned Great Place to Work Certification®. This award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experiences working at nVent. According to Great Place to Work®, 75% of employees say nVent is a great place to work compared to a typical U.S.-based company at 57%. Additionally, 84% of nVent employees reported being made to feel welcome when joining the company. nVent is honored to receive this certification for the second consecutive year as our company continues to grow.
