Specialist knowledge is taught in the field of operational maintenance and various specialist departments.
Basics:
- Duration of the program: 2.5 years => the first year of the apprenticeship takes place at the vocational school for electrical engineering.
- Location of the company: Straubenhardt, Germany
- Location of the school: Heinrich-Wieland-Schule in Pforzheim, Germany
The theoretical classes take place 1.5 days a week at the Heinrich Wieland School in Pforzheim. In the second year the final examination part 1 takes place and with the final examination part 2 the apprenticeship ends.
Salary:
- 1st Year: € 1.091,00 pro Monat
- 2nd Year: € 1.159,00 pro Monat
- 3rd Year: € 1.261,50 pro Monat
- 4th Year: € 1.329,50 pro Monat
All trainees at the nVent SCHROFF facility in Straubenhardt receive the same salary with a weekly working time of 37.5 hours.
Requirements
- Any school degree
- Completion of the electrical engineering vocational school (one or two years) as the first year of apprenticeship
- Manual skills, technical understanding and interest
- High willingness to learn
- Personal initiative and commitment
Possibilities
- Construction, installation, assembly and maintenance of energy supply technology systems as well as control, regulation and signalling technology.
- Construction, wiring, testing, measuring and maintenance of electrical components
