Apprenticeship Program: Electronics Engineer, Operation Technology (m/f/d)

Specialist knowledge is taught in the field of operational maintenance and various specialist departments.

Basics:

  • Duration of the program: 2.5 years => the first year of the apprenticeship takes place at the vocational school for electrical engineering.
  • Location of the company: Straubenhardt, Germany 
  • Location of the school: Heinrich-Wieland-Schule in Pforzheim, Germany

The theoretical classes take place 1.5 days a week at the Heinrich Wieland School in Pforzheim. In the second year the final examination part 1 takes place and with the final examination part 2 the apprenticeship ends.

Salary:

  • 1st Year: € 1.091,00 pro Monat
  • 2nd Year: € 1.159,00 pro Monat
  • 3rd Year: € 1.261,50 pro Monat
  • 4th Year: € 1.329,50 pro Monat

All trainees at the nVent SCHROFF facility in Straubenhardt receive the same salary with a weekly working time of 37.5 hours.

Requirements

  • Any school degree 
  • Completion of the electrical engineering vocational school (one or two years) as the first year of apprenticeship  
  • Manual skills, technical understanding and interest  
  • High willingness to learn
  • Personal initiative and commitment   

Possibilities

  • Construction, installation, assembly and maintenance of energy supply technology systems as well as control, regulation and signalling technology.
  • Construction, wiring, testing, measuring and maintenance of electrical components
