COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Every day, nVent employees share their time, talents and resources to positively impact their communities – efforts we are proud to call nVent in Action. nVent and the nVent Foundation support these activities through matching funds to eligible nonprofit and educational organizations where our employees volunteer or donate money, further strengthening our communities.
- Matching Gifts for Financial Donations – Employee donations to eligible nonprofit and educational institutions are matched dollar for dollar, up to a maximum annual amount
- Leadership Volunteering Grants – A nonprofit organization can receive a grant from nVent if an employee serves on the Board of Directors
- Group Volunteering Grants – A nonprofit can receive a grant from nVent if a group of employees volunteers 25 or more hours
