Community
nVent is committed to strengthening communities where our employees live and work
- We encourage and support the philanthropic activities of our employees worldwide – efforts we are proud to call nVent in Action
- Through our nVent in Action matching gifts program, we provide matching funds to nonprofit and educational organizations where our employees volunteer or donate money
- Our employees participate in Bike MS events in the U.S. and Canada each year to raise money to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. To date, our riders have helped raise more than $1 million
- Our facilities regularly organize charitable events such as food drives to help people in need in their communities
Education
nVent is passionate about supporting quality education opportunities for youth in our communities and within the nVent family
- nVent and the nVent Foundation invest in nonprofit programs that provide STEM – science, technology, engineering and math – education opportunities to young learners
- Through our Scholarship Program, children of nVent employees worldwide have the opportunity to apply for higher education scholarships
