Absolute Integrity means we are committed to honest and ethical business practices in our dealings with customers, business partners, investors, communities and each other. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics provides the framework for these behaviors and is available in 13 different languages.
Our Code is organized by focus areas to make it easy for our employees to use it to answer questions. It also includes important ESG and inclusion and diversity considerations, discussion around the use of social media, and information on the roles managers and leaders play in building awareness about ethical behavior.

Speak Up: Ethics Helpline
Speaking Up to ask questions or raise concerns is key to building a culture of Absolute Integrity. We prohibit any form of retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith. We take all reported concerns and questions seriously and we will handle them promptly, discreetly and professionally. We are committed to maintaining an environment of open and honest communication where everyone feels comfortable Speaking Up.
The nVent External Helpline is available for both employees and external parties to report potential violations of our Code, our policies, or the law. It is administered by an independent company to allow for confidential communication online and through the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week in local language. It also provides the option to make anonymous reports as permitted by local laws.
