The specialized knowledge is taught in our construction department, the apprentice workshop as well as special construction, tool construction or sample construction.
Basics:
- Duration of the program: 3.5 years

- Location of the school: Heinrich-Wieland-Schule in Pforzheim, Germany
The theoretical classes take place on 1.5 days per week at the Heinrich-Wieland-School in Pforzheim.
Salary:
- 1st Year: € 1.091,00 pro Monat
- 2nd Year: € 1.159,00 pro Monat
- 3rd Year: € 1.261,50 pro Monat
- 4th Year: € 1.329,50 pro Monat
All trainees at the nVent SCHROFF facility in Straubenhardt receive the same salary with a weekly working time of 37.5 hours.
Requirements
- At least secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife)
- Manual skills, technical understanding and interest
- Good three-dimensional imagination
- Personal initiative and commitment
